All four of the men were murdered with a "sharp or edged instrument".
Authorities believe they were killed several days ago in a park in Central Islip, a working-class community less than 50 miles east of NY.
Pirro said initiation into the gang, which has its roots in El Salvador, involves beating someone to death in front of other gang members.
The commissioner put the quadruple killings in stark terms, calling the effort to combat those kinds of crimes "a long-term war", Newsday reported. And make no mistake about it.
Cops have made hundreds of arrests, but Sini warns the war won't end anytime soon.
On "Fox & Friends" today, Judge Jeanine Pirro said the threat posed by the Central American street gang has been growing in recent years.
One family told CNN affiliate WPIX it believed their missing teenager was among the dead. After Llivicura's girlfriend had received the shocking video, she called his parents, who in turn alerted the police.More news: Hillary Clinton Claims Misogyng Played Role in Election Loss
Both teens attend Bellport High School, and were at the park with as many as three other people Tuesday evening, family said. His cousin, who didn't want to be identified, said Llidicura told him Wednesday he was going to the park.
Police are not revealing when they believe the victims were killed, in an effort to "maintain the integrity of the investigation".
He says it appears the homicides occurred recently. William Tigre says police have questioned him about what clothing his brother was wearing and whether he had any scars or tattoos. 'So they called his phone multiple times. The victims, Nisa Mickens, 15, and Kayla Cuevas, 16, were targeted following a gang dispute at Brentwood High School - four miles from Recreation Village Park - several days earlier, according to the federal indictment against the men.
"The manner in which they were killed is consistent with the modus operandi of MS-13", Suffolk County Police Commissioner Tim Sini said.
After all, MS-13 - notorious for its elaborate tattoos and its unremitting violence - has perhaps 70,000 members all told.
The discovery came more than a month after 13 members of the MS-13 gang were arrested and charged in connection to the killing of two teenage girls in nearby Brentwood last September. And Trump's critics are no help: Mayor de Blasio's nonsensical "sanctuary city" policy has even protected MS-13 members from the feds.
