Men's tennis, women's cross country and volleyball (under former coach Lizzy Stemke) each scored a flawless 1,000.
The UConn men's basketball team had flawless 1000s in both its single-year and multi-year score. The men's golf and women's tennis teams were each awarded NCAA Public Recognition awards last week for their flawless scores.

"Our expectation is to have each of our programs above the national average and we will continue to work towards that goal". The 263 student-athletes to earn the honor marked the 18th straight semester K-State has placed 200 or more student-athletes on the honor roll. Had Missouri fallen short of a four-year average of 930, it would have been subjected to NCAA sanctions - potentially having to sit out a year of postseason play.
The report is based on four-year calculations of data from the 2012-13 through 2015-16 academic year. The overall score of 981 is at an all-time high, and an improvement of two points from 2014-15.
Golf, soccer, tennis and volleyball also have ideal multiyear APRs with no women's sport scoring lower than 988.
The Spartans' baseball team had the school's lowest performance at 965.
Any student-athlete receiving athletic aid can earn up to four points per year for being academically eligible and remaining enrolled in the institution. A team's April is the total number of eligibility/retention points earned divided by the maximum number of points possible.

Programs must have a multiyear April of 930 or better to avoid penalties such as postseason bans or scholarship losses.
