Duo Diamond and Silk have released a new clap-back video going at Em for blasting President Donald Trump in his freestyle.

The song tells his fans to either choose him or choose Trump, while warning that The Donald was a "kamikaze" who was set to lead the United States into "a nuclear holocaust".

Eminem pledged solidarity with former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, whose protests against racism during the United States national anthem have triggered an intensifying row as Trump demands that athletes stand for the flag.

"Racism is the only thing he is fantastic for", he said.

Meanwhile, a 2004 video of Trump endorsing Eminem at a mock political rally is being circulated online. "Eminem, I always knew you was a real n***a".

The 44-year-old rapper closed out his rant with a message to his fans who support Trump, saying "I'm drawing in the sand a line, you're either for or against".

He continued, "What Eminem is doing is just being true to his art, which is to inspire and motivate, so I'm grateful to him for that. I'm always right", Trump says in the video.

Colin Kaepernick - who started the demonstrations by "taking a knee" past year - thanked Eminem for the song's reference to his ongoing protest on Twitter.

Eminem accuses the President of disrespecting the military - a charge that Trump recently leveled against athletes who take a knee during the national anthem.
