Selena's family are said to be deeply concerned over her decision to give her relationship with Bieber a second chance, and have made their disappointed clear to see.

Selena Gomez's mother, Mandy Teefey, was recently taken to a hospital for medical checkup, and it was thanks to the heated conversation she had with her daughter over her recent reunion with Justin Bieber.

"We decide to celebrate her by writing her letters on red balloons and releasing them", Teefy, a producer of the controversial Netflix show "13 Reasons Why" wrote. When the "Bad Liar" singer revealed she and her on-again-off-again beau were attending couple's therapy, her mom allegedly "flipped", upon the realization that the relationship was more serious than she realized.

TMZ claimed earlier today that Mandy got so "worked up" about her daughter's rekindled romance with her ex Biebs that she needed treatment.

"Thank you to all the fans who honored our Scarlett yesterday", she wrote. Police went to a hotel in the Los Angeles area last last week for a welfare check after a family member asked them to. Selena's mother was then voluntarily transported to the nearest hospital to undergo further testing. She was not placed under involuntary psychiatric hold. In this case, mom isn't pleased with her daughter's date.

Teefey said in her post that she returned home to Gomez's step-father Brian and her 4-year-old sister Gracie, before concluding with a direct address to Gomez's fans. They are not yet ready to forgive Bieber for what he did to her years ago.

"He has changed a lot in the past few months".

Good for Gomez and Bieber if they're happy together, but it looks like Christmas in the Gomez/Teefey household might be a little uncomfortable. "As long as she is even speaking to him in any way, it is not only disrespectful to everyone around her, it is disrespectful to herself".
