"We have just the clothes on our backs", she told the website.

I am devastated, just devastated.

Roy Moore accuser Tina Johnson's house in Gadsden, Alabama burned on Tuesday in what Johnson and her neighbors suspect was an act of arson.

However, the Etowah County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that it did not believe the blaze at the home of Tina Johnson "is in any way related to Roy Moore or allegations made against him".

Public information officer, Natalie Barton said "that fire is still under investigation by the Etowah County Arson Task Force".

Tina Johnson, who accused Senate candidate Roy Moore previous year of grabbing her in his office in the early 1990s, lost her home in a fire this week.

She alleges that at the age of 28 Moore groped her and made comments about her young daughters' physical appearance. "More details will be released when warrants are obtained".

The allegations by Johnson and the other women helped sink the far-right Republican's campaign for a seat that was won by Doug Jones, the first Alabama Democrat elected to the Senate in a quarter century.

January 2. According to reports, Johnson and her family lost their home and all of their belongings and have been living in a hotel.

Witnesses to the blaze said they saw a young man with a history of public intoxication around the house before and during the fire.

Another neighbor said the man authorities are investigating "approached her as she was getting in her vehicle that morning and asked if she thought Johnson's house was going to burn".

"I was so humiliated and sickened", she said.
