The fingerprint scanner in Nokia 6 is embedded into the home button on the front. We are referring to Nokia 6 (2018), a mid-range phone which should offer some premium specs even though the phone will remain focused on the quality-price ratio.
For starters, there's no home button on the front and Nokia 6 (2018) uses capacitive on-screen keys for navigation. Its hardware specs did not do full justice to it even though the Nokia 6 was praised by one and all for its outstanding build quality. With its new design, Nokia 6 (2018) tries to mimmick phones with bezel-less screen, though there's thick bezels on top and bottom of the device. The battery size is the same old 3000mAh, and the cameras also appear unchanged, with a single 16MP rear-facing and single 8 MP front-facing sensor. In order to accomplish this, HMD Global needed to move the fingerprint sensor to the back panel of the handset. The cameras have the bothie feature present on the Nokia 7 and 8, and the device also comes with Nokia's OZO recording technology. Like clockwork, HMD has launched the second generation of the Nokia 6, around the same time frame, once again in China. Nokia 6 (2018) is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, as against a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 one in Nokia 6. The internal storage of the new model is expandable up to 128GB. The upcoming device from HMD Global's stable was recently leaked in a TENAA certification listing and more recently by an online retailer who gave out some of the phone's important specs along with its possible launch date. And the 2018 version also has come up with two features unique to this segment- Bluetooth 5.0 and USB Type-C.
